Oliver is an architectural and interiors photographer based near Cheltenham who specialises in creating beautiful and inviting images for all types of accommodation – B&Bs, hotels or self-catered cottages.
It is crucial nowadays to have great photos of your accommodation as this is typically the first thing people see and use to decide where to stay.
Costs
The normal charge for a B&B or self catered cottage is £150 + VAT – as they would be a charged at a half day rate.
Included in that is a license for you to use the images for your website and external sites such as booking.com for 5 years. Any additional usage, such as in magazine adverts, will be charged accordingly.
In addition to the cost of the photographs there is a charge for mileage at £0.45 per mile for the round trip – though the first 20 miles are free of charge. The photographer is located in North Gloucester. You can calculate the mileage using this AA route planner here, and his postcode: GL20 8TR
Images are supplied, usually within 48 hours, both online and on a USB drive – which contains the images in, full, web and email optimized sizes – they can also be sent in any specific size that you want – including the perfect size for your new website.
