Include: max number of guests, number of bedrooms, parking, outside space etc - if you have more than 1 property, please list these details for each.

Eg is your property close to beach, town centre, or close to a popular attraction....

Eg Luxury king sized beds? Or an inviting log fire? Or do you have a home-away-from-home vibe? How does your accommodation uniquely deliver comfort/luxury?

This doesn’t mean you need to be the cheapest accommodation around. The real question is how can you save your guests money? Can you offer an added value proposition over your competitors? Perhaps a bottle of bubbly on arrival or a cream tea?

What other selling points do you offer your guests that isn't standard/the same as everyone else? Eg. dog friendly accommodation, a unique or quirky property (and if so, describe this fully), a swimming pool or hot tub, (if you're a small hotel/B&B, do you offer meals, bar facilities etc?

Eg - are your guests primarily single business travellers, looking to be close to transport links, or require parking spaces, early breakfasts, short stays etc? or Couples looking for a romantic break, looking for a bolthole that's close to nice places to eat? Or families looking to be close to the beach, and within walking distance to family friendly eateries?
