Positioned in the heart of Cawsand & Kingsand - a beautiful Cornish fishing village. Guests will find the location a dream, with direct beach access, close to all the village pubs and eateries and on the coastal path for fantastic walks. Bleached summer mornings and wild winter storms with waves licking the walls of No3 are the norm of days spent here, but all year round the relaxed luxurious vibe will have you never wanting to leave.

The house has been curated by a creative couple with a passion for antiques, art, reclaimed & natural materials and modern luxurious living, giving it a unique and relaxing feel. The house invites guests to properly relax and is perfect for families and friends to enjoy - whatever the weather.
Spread over 4 spacious floors with over 3000 sq ft there is plenty of room for everyone. And every detail has been thought about to make your stay perfect – from sinkable linen sofas, to a copper luxury bath, granite kitchen island and the hotel quality beds and linens.
Dogs welcome holiday home, Cawsand
At No3 we recognise that your four-legged friend is most certainly a family member! You may have spotted Lulu our Cockerpoo in some of the photos already. So you are welcome to bring your dog, but only 1 small to medium sized pooch allowed and let us know in advance as there is a small extra cleaning charge.
