Your past visitors should be one of your strongest marketing assets; after all they have already stayed at your accommodation – they are highly likely to return for subsequent visits – what is the best way to remind them about your accommodation?
Email is still considered one of the best way of marketing – but if you try and send multiple emails via your own email account you can get blacklisted and your home IP blocked for spamming!
To best keep in touch with your past guests, take up our new Email Marketing Service – we will set you up with your own email marketing facility which offers high deliverability and won’t affect your own email or IP!
This service is IDEAL to send out details of a late cancellation, where you have a very limited time frame to get your accommodation re-booked. The likelihood of a previous guest taking it up is very high!
One Off Set Up Fee – No ongoing costs!
Set Up Includes:
- Full Email Marketing Account set up
- We will import your past guests as contacts (up to 2000) – simply provide us with your contacts’ First Name + Email Address (ideally in Excel.)
- Set up an Email Template to send out special offers
- Login to your account and send out your own email campaigns to your contacts (max 10 times per month)
- Optional (and our website customers only) – We can integrate a form into your website to capture your website visitor’s details – eg by mentioning they will receive special offers by signing up to your newsletter)
- Included- We will send out 2 email campaigns for you; if you want us to send out more for you, you can purchase additional campaigns at £14.99+VAT each.
