Your guest will provide a star rating for each of the 3 questions set out in your ReviewsPad Rating Page to determine if they enjoyed their stay at your accommodation.
If they give you a 4 or 5 star rating (overall) they will be directed to your Good Rating Page, where you can ask them to add a review to your preferred public reviews area; eg if you are on Tripadvisor, or Google Reviews etc.
Please provide us with the location(s) you wish them to add a review - we recommend only 1 reviews location as they are unlikely to add a second or third review!
For best results, we recommend you offer the guest a small incentive for them to go ahead and add a proper review for you online, such as promising a small discount for their next visit, or a cream tea!
If the rating your guest provides is 3 star rating or less, they will be directed to your Poor Ratings page. Please also provide us with the wording you would like us to add to your Poor Rating page.
