An App caught our eye that we wanted to let you know about, it’s an App that could save your life too! Intrigued? It’s called What3Words and the App offers a really simple way to talk about location.
What3words have assigned each 3m square in the world a unique 3 word address that will never change.
For example ///filled.count.soap marks the exact entrance to what3words’ London headquarters.
3 word addresses are easy to say and share, and are as accurate as GPS coordinates.
People can use what3words to find their tents at festivals, navigate to rural B&Bs & other hard to find accommodation, and many UK Emergency Services are using the App to find injured or lost persons.
